Artist

Brief info

Clarulecis is a collective born in 2020 from an idea by Chiara Lecca, including her family of creative talents and shepherds. It takes inspiration from the area in which it was born, the Romagna countryside, and from the territory in which it has its roots, Sardinia, with the aim of preserving the primitive imprinting which nature has endowed the human being with. In the en-plein-air studio located in the woods in the Apennines (between the regions Romagna and Tuscany), the artist together with her family, friends and associates, returns to explore the starting point of her research: nature, understood from a transversal point of view, opening up to new contaminations and possibilities of meaning. Each practice is aimed at recovering a connection with the habitat in which we live, either urban or rural: acting in the open nature allows the collective to collect natural elements that become the essential media to create design pieces and customized clothes. They also conceive performances where sound, dance, clothes, and pieces of art create special experiences.
