- Within Greater Cairo: 1–3 business days.
- Rest of Egypt: 4–7 business days.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, courier, or unforeseen delays.

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
4. Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Contact support if you don’t receive it.

RETURN POLICY
Change of Mind
- We accept returns if you change your mind. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with its original brand packaging.
