1. Change of Mind Returns (Artworks & Merchandise)

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your artwork or merchandise if you change your mind.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Artworks purchased in-person at exhibitions or galleries

Custom, commissioned, or limited-edition artworks

2. Damaged or Defective Artworks

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging are required as proof.

Once reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
3. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different artwork or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
