The project was delivered in collaboration with LMD (Landmark Developments)\, a leading global development company. The launch of the new Missoni Resort Club at Villa Coconut Hotel\, located within LMD’s flagship destination\, Zoya Ghazala Bay on Egypt’s North Coast\, marked a significant double debut: Missoni’s first Resort Club in Egypt and across the African continent. The collaboration introduced a new lifestyle destination at the intersection of fashion\, hospitality\, art\, design\, and culture. As part of the collaboration\, Missoni transformed the Mediterranean-inspired setting of Villa Coconut Hotel through its distinctive design language. The Resort Club features an exclusive palette of emerald green\, lime\, turquoise\, and vibrant yellow\, complemented by the brand’s iconic zigzag motifs and signature textiles. These elements were seamlessly integrated across the hotel and beachfront\, creating a bold and immersive visual identity. The project reflects a shared vision centred around design\, craftsmanship\, cultural engagement\, and curated experiences. By bringing together art\, fashion\, and hospitality\, the collaboration created a distinctive destination that celebrates creativity while capturing the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
