MA’ARAD-HA was a tribute to the modern-day Egyptian female artists who continue to express themselves in spite of today’s challenges. It was a salute of appreciation to the women who stand still, who fight to survive, and remain resilient in the face of the known and the unknown. The strength and creativity of Egyptian female artists is what fuels their fight for the right to express themselves freely.
